It is with great excitement that I am able to write this letter of recommendation for our realtor, Steve Cardinalli.

My husband and I were in the market to find a real estate agent to help us sell our home in Stockton, CA. We received several calls back, but only made 4 appointments. The first two appointments were disastrous. The agents did not give us their attention we knew we deserved. They made us feel like we inconvenienced them and had other “urgent” matters to attend to. The 3rd agent was generous and friendly, and could have easily chosen her. However, we then had our appointment with Steve. Steve emulated the friendly, generous, mild manner real estate agent, but also came prepared to discuss current market trends, the “what if” scenarios and had nearly an answer to every question we had. If he didn’t have the answer, he wasn’t afraid to say, “I don’t have it, but I will get it.” And he did! I like people that respond to our needs. He did just that!

We did sell our house, we chose Steve to also help us buy our new home in Tracy. Both transactions were seamless. Steve made it a point to work very hard for us, and didn’t allow us to worry. He made our transactions personal. He took the time out to understand our needs and wants. This was awesome.

In December of 2002, I decided to look for a home, and I discovered Steve’s website on the Internet.
